【摘要】:Thisstandardisapplicabletooperationsoutsideofnuclearreactorswith235U,233U,239Pu,andotherfissileandfissionablematerialsinwhichshieldingandconfinementareprovidedforprotectionofpersonnelandthepublic,excepttheassemblyofthesematerialsundercontrolledconditions,suchasincriticalexperiments.Criteriaareprovidedthatmaybeusedforcriticalitycontrolundertheseconditions.Thestandarddoesnotincludethedetailsofadministrativeproceduresforcontrol(whichareconsideredtobemanagementprerogatives)nordetailsregardingthedesignofprocessesandequipmentordescriptionsofinstrumentationforprocesscontrol.
