【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverstwotypesofchemicaladmixturestobeaddedtohydrauliccementconcretemixturesforthepurposeofproducingflowingconcrete.Thetypesareasfollows:1.1.1TypeI-Plasticizing,and1.1.2TypeII-Plasticizingandretarding.1.2Thisspecificationstipulatestestsofachemicaladmixturewithreferenceconcretingmaterialsorwithconcrete-makingmaterialsproposedforspecificwork.Unlessotherwisespecifiedbythepurchaser,thetestsshallbemadeusingreferenceconcretingmaterials.1.3Ifachemicaladmixturehasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththeprovisionsofthisspecificationusingreferencematerials,andisbeingconsideredforusewithothermaterialsforspecificwork,additionaltestsforsuchuseareallowedifagreeduponbetweenthepurchaserandthesupplierandareallowedtoconsistofaportionofthetestsdescribedherein.1.4Thisspecificationprovidesforthreelevelsoftesting.1.4.1Level1-Duringtheinitialapprovalstage,proofofcompliancewiththeperformancerequirementsdefinedindemonstratesthattheadmixturemeetstherequirementsofthisspecification.UniformityandequivalencetestsofthesectiononLotUniformityandEquivalenceshallbecarriedouttoprovideresultsagainstwhichlatercomparisonscanbemade.1.4.2Level2-Limitedretestingdescribedinthesectionrelatingtogeneralrequirementsmayberequestedatintervalsbythepurchaser.Proofofcompliancewiththerequirementsofdemonstratescontinuedconformityoftheadmixturewiththerequirementsofthespecification.1.4.3Level3-Foracceptanceofalotorformeasuringuniformitywithinorbetweenlots,whenspecifiedbythepurchaser,theuniformityandequivalencetestsofthesectiononLotUniformityandEquivalenceshallbeused.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesininch-poundunitsshowninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.Note1-Itisrecommendedthat,wheneverpracticable,testsbemadeusingtheconcrete-makingmaterials(cement,pozzolan,slag,aggregates,air-entrainingadmixture),themixtureproportions,andthebatchingsequenceandotherphysicalconditionsproposedforthespecificwork.Thespecificeffectsproducedbychemicaladmixturesmayvarywiththepropertiesandproportionsoftheotheringredientsoftheconcrete.Note2-Temperaturehasapronouncedeffectontimeofsettingofconcrete.ThismaybeexaggeratedbytheuseofadmixtureTypesIandII.Ifconcretetemperaturestobeexpectedonaparticularjobdiffersignificantlyfromtheconditionssetforthinthisspecification,furthertestingmaybedesirable.Note3-Anunusuallyrapidlossofworkabilitywithtime,sometimestermed"slumploss",canbeexperiencedwiththeseadmixtures.Therateofslumplosswillvarywiththeparticularconcretingmaterialsandproportions,mixingequipmentandprocedures,andtemperaturesexperiencedonanyparticularjob.Atelevatedtemperatures,theslumpmayberetainedforalongerperiodifaTypeIIadmixtureisused.Note4-Admixturesthatcontainrelativelylargeamountsofchloridemayacceleratecorrosionofprestressingsteel.Compliancewiththerequirementsofthisspecificationdoesnotconstituteassuranceofacceptabilityoftheadmixtureforuseinprestressedconcrete(seeACI318).Note5-Admixturesthatcontainrelativelylargeamountsofalkali(Na2O+0.658K2O)maycontributetoreactionwithsomeaggregates.Compliancewiththerequirementsofthisspecificationdoesnotassureacceptabilitywhenusedwithalkali-reactiveaggregatesandsomecements.1.6Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnoteswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shall......
