【摘要】:Thepurposeofthestandardisto:a)collateresultsfromotherstandardsthatcalculateenergyuseforspecificserviceswithinabuilding;b)accountforenergygeneratedinthebuilding,someofwhichmaybeexportedforuseelsewhere;c)presentasummaryoftheoverallenergyuseof1hebuildingintabularform;d)provideenergyratingsbasedonprimaryenergy,carbondioxideemissionorotherparametersdefinedbynationalenergypolicy;e)establishgeneralprinciplesforthecalculationofprimaryenergyfactorsandcarbonemissioncoefficientsThisstandarddefinestheenergyservicestobetakenintoaccountforsettingenergyperformanceratingsforplannedandexistingbuildings,andprovidesforthis:f)methodtocomputethestandardcalculatedenergyrating,astandardenergyusethatdoesnotdependonoccupantbehaviour,actualweatherandotheractual(environmentorindoor)conditions;g)methodtoassessthemeasuredenergyrating,basedonthedeliveredandexportedenergy;h)methodologytoimproveconfidenceinthebuildingcalculationmodelbycomparisonwithactualenergyuse;i)methodtoassesstheenergyeffectivenessofpossibleimprovements.ThisEuropeanstandardisapplicabletoapareofabuilding(eg.flat),awholebuilding,orseveralbuildings.ItisLiptonationalbodiestodefineunderwhichconditions,forwhichpurposesandforwhichtypesofbuildingsthevariousratingsapply.Thisstandardhandlestheenergyperformanceofabuildingasawhole.TheassessmentoftheenergyperformanceofspecifictechnicalbuildingsystemsishandledintheappropriatepartofEN15241,EN15243andEN15316series.
