【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60534includesequationsforpredictingtheflowofcompressibleandincompressiblefluidsthroughmultistagecontrolvalves.TheequationsforincompressibleflowarebasedonstandardhydrodynamicequationsforNewtonianincompressiblefluids.Theyarenotintendedforusewhennon-Newtonianfluids,fluidmixtures,slurries,orliquid-solidconveyancesystemsareencountered.Atverylowratiosofpressuredifferentialtoabsoluteinletpressure(△p/p1),compressiblefluidsbehavesimilarlytoincompressiblefluids.Undersuchconditions,thesizingequationsforcompressibleflowcanbetracedtothestandardhydrodynamicequationsforNewtonianincompressiblefluids.However,increasingvaluesof△p/p1resultincompressibilityeffectswhichrequirethatthebasicequationsbemodifiedbyappropriatecorrectionfactors.Theequationsforcompressiblefluidsareforusewithgasorvapourandarenotintendedforusewithmultiphasestreamssuchasgas-liquid,vapour-liquidorgas-solidmixtures.Thisstandardisapplicableonlytothosedesignsofmultistagemultipathcontrolvalvesandmultistagesinglepathcontrolvalves.
