【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiessafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureoffixedbowlplanetarymixersofcapacitygreaterthanorequalto5l1)andlessthan500lusedtoprocessvariousingredientse.g.cocoa,flour,sugar,oilsandfat,mincedmeat,eggs,andotheringredients,inthefoodindustryandshops.Thesemachinesaresometimesusedinotherindustries(e.g.pharmaceuticalindustry,chemicalindustry,printing,etc.),buthazardsrelatedtotheseusesarenotconsideredinthisstandard.Thefollowingmachinesareexcluded:?accessoryplanetarymixers;?continuouslyfedmachines;?doughmixers2);?experimentalandtestingmachinesunderdevelopmentbythemanufacturers;?domesticappliances.Theintendeduseofthemachine,asdefinedin3.12ofEN292-1:1991andinthemanufacturer'sinstructionhandbook,isloadingvariousingredients,processingtheminastationarybowlbymeansofappropriatebeaters,unloadingandcleaning.Processingiscarriedoutincyclesofvariableduration.Itcanbeeithermanuallyorautomatically-controlled,inindividualcyclesoronacyclerepeatbasis,etc.Manualoperationsaresometimesnecessarytoaddingredientswithoutstoppingthebeater.Onmachinesfittedwithabowlliftingandloweringdeviceorwithadeviceformovingthebowl/head/beaterverticallytheworkingpositionisthatwhenthebeaterisnearesttothebottomofthebowl.Thesignificanthazardscoveredbythisstandardaremechanical(shearing,trapping,lossofstability),electrical,thermal,ergonomicandalsohazardsresultingfromgasaccumulation,noise,inhalationofdust,andlackofhygiene.!deletedtext"Thestandardappliesonlytomachinesmanufacturedafterthedateofitsissue.
