【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesdetailedfunctionalrequirementsforthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceof?industrialgasinstallationsandassemblieswithanoperatingpressuregreaterthan0,5barandof?non-industrialgasinstallations(residentialandcommercial)withanoperatingpressuregreaterthan5bar,startingfromtheoutletofthenetworkoperator’spointofdeliveryuptotheinletconnectiontothegasappliance;normallytheinletisolationvalve.ThisEuropeanStandardalsocoverstheinletconnectiontothegasappliancecomprisingofthepipeworkthatdoesnotfallwithinthescopeoftheappliancestandard.Thisstandardappliestogasinstallationsoperatingatambienttemperaturesbetween–20°Cand40°Candoperatingpressuresuptoandincluding60bar.Foroperatingconditionsoutsidetheselimitations,referenceshouldadditionallybemadetoEN13480formetallicpipework.Forindustrialgasinstallationsuptoandincluding0,5barandfornon-industrial(residentialandcommercial)gasinstallationsuptoandincluding5barEN1775applies.ForgasinstallationsthatdonotfallwithinthescopeofEN1775orotherEuropeanStandards,thisEuropeanStandardapplies.InthisEuropeanStandard,theterm“gas“referstocombustiblegases,whicharegaseousat15°Cand1013mbarabsoluteatmosphericpressure.Thesegasesarecommonlyreferredtoasmanufacturedgas,naturalgasorLiquefiedPetroleumGas(LPG).Theyarealsoreferredtoasfirst,secondorthirdfamilygases(seetable1ofEN437:2003).LPGstoragevessels(includingallancillariesfitteddirectlytostoragevessels)areexcluded.AlsoexcludedareLPGinstallationsandsectionsofLPGinstallationsoperatingatvapourpressure(e.g.betweenthestoragevesselanditspressureregulator).InthisEuropeanStandard,allpressuresaregaugepressuresunlessotherwisestated.Forgasinstallationswithinthescopeofthisstandard,nationallegislationandregulationshavetobetakenintoaccount.Functionalrequirementsfordesign,selectionofmaterials,construction,inspectionandtestingofindustrialgasinstallationsandassemblieswithanoperatingpressuregreaterthan0,5barandofgasinstallationsgreaterthan5barinbuildingsandareasintendedforresidential,commercial,publicandmixedusesaredescribedinprEN15001-1.
