【摘要】:Thistestmethodmeasurestherelativeabrasionresistanceofvariousrefractorysamplesunderstandardconditionsatroomtemperature.Theabrasionresistanceofarefractorymaterialprovidesanindicationofitssuitabilityforserviceinabrasionorerosiveenvironments.Theresultsobtainedbythistestmethodcouldbedifferentthanthoseobtainedinservicebecauseofthedifferentconditionsencountered.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofrelativeabrasionresistanceofrefractorybrickatroomtemperature.Thistestmethodcanalsobeappliedtocastablerefractories(seeMetricDimensions,PracticeC861andPracticeC865)andplasticrefractories(seePracticeC1054).1.2Units8212;ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
