【摘要】:Thispracticeisforusebydesignersandspecifiers,regulatoryagencies,ownersandinspectionorganizationswhoareinvolvedintherehabilitationofconduitsthroughtheuseofaresin-impregnatedfabrictube,pulledinplacethroughanexistingconduitandsubsequentlyinflatedandcured.Asforanystandardpractice,modificationsmayberequiredforspecificjobconditions.1.1Thispracticecoverstheproceduresforthereconstructionofpipelinesandconduits(4to48in.(100to1200mm)diameter)bythepulled-inplaceinstallationofaresin-impregnated,flexiblefabrictubeintoanexistingconduitfollowedbyinflationwithcompressedair(seeFig.1).Theresin/fabrictubecanbecuredbyeithertheflowthroughthefabrictubeofmixedairandsteamorbyuseofultravioletlight.Whencured,thefinishedcured-in-placepipewillbecontinuousandtightfitting.Thisreconstructionprocesscanbeusedinavarietyofgravityflowapplicationssuchassanitarysewers,stormsewers,processpiping,electricalconduits,ventilationsystems,andpressureapplications.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
