【摘要】:IEC/TR60479-5,whichisatechnicalreport,providestouchvoltage-durationcombinationthresholdsbasedonanalysisofinformationconcerningbodyimpedancesandcurrentthresholdsofphysiologicaleffects,asgiveninIEC/TS60479-1.Suchthresholdcombinationsrelatetospecificenvironmentalandcontactconditionsthatdeterminebodyimpedanceforparticularcurrentpathways.Thistechnicalreportconsidersonly(i)50/60Hzsinusoidalalternatingvoltagehavingnootherfrequencycomponentsandnosignificantdirectvoltagecomponent,and(ii)directvoltagewithnosignificantalternatingcomponent.ThistechnicalreportprovidesthresholdsasaresultofcalculationsbasedonvaluesfromIEC/TS60479-1,withuncertainties.Thereforethresholdsproposedinthisreportalsocorrespondtovalueswithuncertainties.Thistechnicalreportdoesnotconsiderimmersionofbodypartsandmedicalapplication.Touchvoltage-durationcombinationthresholdsareforusebytechnicalcommitteesasguidanceforthedeterminationoflimitsfortouchvoltageandtouchvoltagedurationsinvariousenvironmentalsituations.Determinationoflimitsneedstobebasedonriskassessment.Factorsthatarepartofriskassessmentincludevoltagethresholdvalues(takingintoaccountcontactarea,skinmoisturecondition,bodycurrentpathway)providedbythistechnicalreport,aswellasotherfactorsnotcoveredsuchas:–reductionofthelikelihoodofcontact(byobstacles,barriers,warnings,placingoutofreach,training,etc.);or–reductionoftouchvoltagecomparedtothefaultvoltage(suchasbyequipotentialbonding);or–additionalresistanceinserieswiththehumanbody(suchasgloves,shoes,carpet,etc.).
